CHARTER OF METAVERSE FASHION COUNCIL (MFC)
On Membership Principles and Community Governance
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Metaverse Fashion Council (MFC) is a global organization that brings together designers, brands, technology companies, investors, and enthusiasts to promote innovations in fashion within the metaverse, Web3, and digital technologies.
1.2. The goal of MFC is to create a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and ecosystem development for digital fashion and NFTs.
1.3. MFC’s headquarters are located in the virtual Metaverse space and key fashion capitals worldwide.
2. TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
2.1. Individual Membership
  • Open to designers, developers, artists, researchers, and entrepreneurs in the fields of digital fashion, Web3, and the metaverse.
  • Candidates must demonstrate active participation in the industry, showcase existing projects, or express interest in contributing to technological advancements in fashion.
2.2. Corporate Membership
  • Available to brands, technology companies, NFT platforms, investment funds, and media companies looking to innovate within fashion and digital ecosystems.
  • Organizations must be willing to contribute to MFC's development through joint initiatives and educational programs.
2.3. Honorary Membership
  • Granted to industry leaders, visionaries, and innovators who have made significant contributions to the development of digital fashion and Web3.
  • Awarded by decision of the MFC Board of Directors.
3. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCEDURE
3.1. Application Submission
  • Candidates apply for membership via the official MFC website by submitting a portfolio, description of their work, and a motivation letter.
  • 3.2. Application Review
  • The Membership Committee reviews applications within 14 business days, verifying the candidate’s alignment with MFC’s mission and goals.
  • 3.3. Approval and Integration
  • Approved candidates gain access to the MFC platform, digital initiatives, and the community to participate in events and collaborations.
4. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS
4.1. Member Rights
  • Access to educational programs, masterclasses, and workshops.
  • Participation in voting and strategic decision-making processes within MFC.
  • Interaction with industry leaders and access to investment opportunities.
4.2. Member Responsibilities
  • Uphold MFC’s mission and values.
  • Actively participate in council activities and contribute to the industry’s development.
  • Adhere to the ethical code and Web3 community standards.
5. GOVERNANCE AND STRUCTURE
5.1. Board of Directors
  • The highest authority responsible for key strategic decisions.
  • Composed of leading experts in fashion, technology, and Web3.
5.2. Advisory Board
  • Supports MFC’s growth by providing expert opinions and guidance.
5.3. Community Members
  • Actively participate in voting, events, and initiative programs
6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
6.1. Membership may be terminated in cases of:
  • Violation of MFC’s ethical standards or charter.
  • Failure to comply with community principles or loss of trust.
6.2. The decision to terminate membership is made by the Board of Directors.
7. ETHICS AND VALUES
7.1. MFC adheres to principles of transparency, inclusivity, and decentralization in governance and decision-making.

7.2. Members are committed to following the code of ethics and respecting the interests of the community.
8. AMENDMENT OF THE CHARTER
8.1. Amendments to the charter can only be made after approval by the majority of the Board of Directors and a vote by the community members.
